None of us make it through life without being hurt by another person. How we address these perceived trespasses is one of the pillars of leading a life of grace. If we harbor grudges or ill feelings towards another person, the person we are hurting the most is ourself. Learning to let go and forgive is for the forgiver not the forgiven. Holding onto negative feelings has been proven to be unhealthy physically and emotionally. Lifting the weight of these ill feelings allows you to approach your life with less on your shoulders. Setting boundaries while forgiving those that hurt you is living in grace for your empowered well being.
